About the Artist

Kent Wiejaczka is a Northern Michigan artist working primarily in pencil, watercolor, and acrylic mediums. Original artwork, archival prints, and select canvas reproductions are offered for sale through this website.

Artwork Availability

All artwork displayed on this website is subject to availability. Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works and may be sold, reserved, or removed from availability without notice. • Archival print pricing includes shipping within the continental United States.

• Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, international destinations, or special delivery requests.

Ordering & Payment

Artwork purchases are completed through direct contact with the artist. Shipping

Every effort is made to package artwork securely and professionally. Original artwork, prints, and framed pieces are carefully prepared for shipment to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Delivery times may vary depending on artwork availability, print production schedules, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique nature of original artwork and made-to-order prints, all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If artwork arrives damaged during shipping, the buyer must notify Kent within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damage and packaging materials. Approved claims will be addressed through repair, replacement (when possible), or refund at the artist’s discretion.

Framing & Materials

Original artwork may include custom cedar frames, archival-quality matting, backing materials, and plexiglass. While every effort is made to provide quality craftsmanship, the following are not covered under warranty:

• Scratches to plexiglass

• Minor blemishes resulting from shipping or handling

• Normal wear over time

• Damage resulting from improper storage, display, or environmental conditions

Print Reproductions

Archival prints are produced using high-quality materials designed for long-term display and preservation. Print colors may vary slightly from images displayed on computer monitors, tablets, or mobile devices due to differences in screen calibration and viewing conditions.

Intellectual Property
